• Hayter’s Small Sage and Onion Roast
  • ½ cup ginger ale
  • 1 cup of your favourite BBQ sauce
  • Soft taco shells or tortillas
  • Coleslaw (optional)
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Method of Preparation

  • Slow cook our 3lb Sage and Onion Turkey Roast on high for 4 hours with ½ cup ginger ale in the pot
  • Add a cup of your favourite BBQ sauce, for the last 30 mins.
  • To serve, put the turkey on a soft taco shell and top with coleslaw and/or hot sauce
  • Enjoy!
