This dish is a dinner guest delight. Brush the cordon swiss with olive oil prior to baking to crisp up the topping. Serve with pasta with yogurt sauce and dill with a side of Eggplant Ratatouille and voila a gourmet dinner with little stress!


Bake from frozen, in oven at 200C/425F for 40- 50 minutes.

Turn once during cooking time.
