Lemon & Rosemary flavour is a great match for this Turkey Roast.

Serve with Sweet Potatoes and Spinach Salad for a healthy, delicious dinner that  any cook will be proud to serve.


1 cup light Miracle Whip

1/2 cup Olive Oil

3 T lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1 T dried Rosemary, crumbled

2 tsp grated  lemon rind

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 – 3lb Boneless Hayter’s Turkey Breast Roast


1/2 cup  cranberrry sauce

3 T  chili sauce

Method of Preparation

In a small deep bowl, whisk together  all ingredients except the sauce. Marinade the roast for  4 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Roast in pre-heated oven at 350F/175C for 1.5 hours or until internal temperature is 170F/77C. Remove  Hayter’s Boneless Turkey Roast from oven and let rest for 20 minutes. Remove netting from roast and slice with sharp carving knife in 1 inch thickness. Fan the slices on a warmed serving plate. Spoon the sauce down the centre of the roast and garnish with fresh sprigs of parsley.
