• 2 naan bread/flatbread
  • 1 cup per pizza, leftover shredded turkey
  • ¼ cup per pizza of your favourite BBQ sauce (Honey BBQ works great)
  • 1 red pepper (diced)
  • 1 red onion (diced)
  • ½ cup per pizza of mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Method of Preparation

  • Place naan/flatbread on cooking sheet
  • Layer with your BBQ sauce of choice
  • Spread a layer of shredded turkey on top of the sauce
  • Sprinkle red pepper and onion over turkey
  • Top with mozzarella cheese
  • Bake at 350*F for 15-20 minutes or until naan/flatbread is golden brown on bottom
  • Enjoy!
