Turkey Roast boneless Breast & Thigh
‘Ease and Please’ with this turkey dinner. Carving is easy with no bones to cut around. This boneless roast is the best option for family and guests who like white and dark meat. Prepared with breast and thigh. Available in two sizes: medium/5lb roast serves 8-10 & large/10lb serves 18-20. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Roast from fresh or thawed. Pour 1 can of ginger-ale over roast, add minced garlic, black pepper, dried rosemary and a bit of ground sage over roast. Our roast are already brined so no need to add salt. Cover and roast in oven at 175C/350F for 1 hour per kilogram. Minimum internal temperature 77C/170F. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes to let juices set. Cut netting and remove slowly. Add poultry bouillon to the juices in pan. Thicken with flour or cornstarch.
