This is an all time favourite part of the turkey. This fillet is located in the breast, oblong in shape and is  from the inner part of the breast and is very tender.  This is Hayter’s Farm own recipe  and can also be purchased at your local market.  Ready for you to grill!


4 Turkey Breast Tenders/fillets, approximately 320g (3/4lb) each

2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds (optional)


2 cups dry white wine (or Welch’s white grape juice)

1 cup soy sauce

juice of one lemon

1 cup olive oil

1 clove Ontario garlic, minced (or 1 tablespoon minced garlic in jar)


Method of Preparation

Mix marinade altogether in jar with lid and shake well.

Pour over Turkey Breast Tenders, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Pre-heat your grill and barbeque on medium temperature for 15 – 20 minutes until internal temperature is 165F/74C.   If you don’t have a thermometer,  the juices should be clear in the centre of fillet and just a hint of pink when cut with a knife.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with grilled veggies or tossed salad.
