Simple never tasted so so GOOD! Make with local Maple Syrup whenever possible!
2 pcs Hayter’s Turkey Plain Fillets
1/2 cup Melted butter
1/2 cup Ontario Maple Syrup
Method of Preparation
Preheat both sides of grill to 350F. Shut off ONE side of BBQ.
Mix melted butter and syrup together in bowl.
Brush fillets with syrup and butter.
Place fillets on the side of the grill that is off.
Turn fillets every 4 or 5 minutes, brushing with sauce often.
Grill approximately 12 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the breast.
Test using a thermometer. Internal temperature should be 165F/71C or juices run clear when pierced with a sharp knife.
Can be roasted in oven as well.
Preheat oven to 325F.
Roast covered, until internal temperature is 165F/71C.
Remove from oven and “rest” 10 minutes before serving.
