This casserole is a great way to use up any leftover Turkey. So delicious, your family will want it as a regular weekly meal. Make up a few and freeze. It is a treat to warm up to on a cold winters night after a busy day. Just take from freezer and re-heat in oven. Relax and enjoy!
3 cups Hayter’s turkey Breast , cut up into large pieces
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup swiss cheese
1 stove top dressing for turkey
Method of Preparation
Place turkey pieces in greased 9 x 12 casserole dish. Add grated or thinly sliced cheese Spread mushroom soup over cheese (do not dilute). Follow directions on stuffing box and crumble over top. Cover dish with foil, bake for 30 minutes 350F/177C. Remove cover, cook another 10 minutes or until stuffing browns.
Serve with cranberry sauce on the side. Add mashed potatoes and peas and you have Christmas dinner anytime!
