Method of Preparation
Pan fry in oil or butter with mushrooms & onions at medium temperature for 3-5 minutes each side.
Roll cutlet in traditional bread or rice stuffing.
Top with low fat cream soup, cover & bake for 30 minutes at 180C/350F.
Uncover & add grated light cheddar cheese, italian spices and bake additional 10 minutes.
Serve with stirfry veggies.
