This boneless roast is available in a variety of sizes and flavours. A mixture of Breast and Thigh Roast or a Breast Roast with sage & Onion rub. The Breast Roast is also available already stuffed with Traditional stuffing in the centre of the roast. Roast from frozen in a roasting pan or slow-cooker with ginger ale, garlic poultry seasoning and onions! Makes a great sauce.
Method of Preparation
Cook from fresh or thaw roast for best results.
Bake in oven at 175C/350 F for 1 hour per Kg. Internal temp 77C/170F.
