Turkey Breast Stir-Fry

This recipe is a great way to mix it up and get a hearty serving of veggies and lean protein. You can make it as spicy as you’d like – it’s up to you. This is a great way to use up leftover turkey breast, too.


Ground Turkey

Cook fresh or thawed. Pan fry at a medium temperature for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear. Available in Extra-Lean or Lean. An excellent alternative for beef. Use in your favorite casserole or spaghetti sauce. Delicious in Lasagna and Tacos!

This delicious breast is the tenderloin inside the breast. Very tender and perfect for grilling on the bbq. Because it is skinless, we recommend brushing with olive oil before grilling and cook over a med low heat to prevent overcooking this succulent meat.
