Our Turkey Breast Tenderloins (also known as Fillets or Tenders) is the center of the Breast and each piece is carefully removed by hand, its shape is oblong  tapered at each end and thicker in the middle. (Similar to the shape of a canoe) The natural shape makes this cut easy to stuff either through the top or  cutting longwise.

The tenderloin of turkey, as the name implies, is very tender and almost fat free. (Less than 2% fat.) This product is not seasoned so naturally low in sodium too.
