Our Turkey Breast Fillets (also known as Tenderloin) is the center of the Breast and each piece is carefully removed by hand.

Its shape is oblong tapered at each end and thicker in the middle. (Similar to the shape of a canoe). The natural shape makes this cut easy to stuff either through the top or cutting longwise.

The Fillet or “tenderloin” of the turkey breast, as the name implies, is very tender and almost fat-free. (Less than 2% fat.). This product is not seasoned & naturally low in sodium too.
